Can I cancel an order after it is submitted ?
Generally, the orders once placed would not be canceled. However if the
customer has genuine reason of dissatisfaction with the quality, workmanship
& services of Santec, we may accept order cancellation. Santec considers
relationship with the customers on top priority.
How much time do you take to deliver after the
payment has been made ?
Once the payment is received from the customer, it takes approx. 2 to 3
months to deliver standard hydraulic presses / rubber machinery. If the
equipment is completely customized, bulky and have higher capacity, it may
takes 3 to 5 months for the delivery. Hydraulic cylinders & other
smaller equipments can be delivered within 30 days.
Do you deliver outside India ?
Yes, presently 70% of our turnover comes from export. We are ranked amongst
the leading exporters of industrial presses from India.
What are the modes of delivery ?
Smaller size equipment i.e. hydraulic cylinders, jacks, power pack etc. can
be delivered by air on an urgent basis. As we have close contacts with
different airlines, we can negotiate best prices for the particular

from two Indian ports; JNPT / Nhava Sheva based in Mumbai

How do I contact you regarding my order ?
Every query regarding our equipments and services is immediately
entertained by professional staff of Santec within 2 days time. Customers
can send their queries by e-mails, Fax, SMS or just by calling the customer
care department of Santec. Once the query is sent, a detailed offer is
submitted to the customer. If the customer is satisfied with the technical &
commercial terms then orders can be accepted through fax, e-mails & by
couriers / speed post.
Can you customize orders as per the given
Of course, Santec is happy to accommodate customers design or
suggestions to make the equipment better. We specialize in customizing
equipments based on customers design specifications & process
application. We can develop 100% custom built models apart from our standard
presses / machines & equipment.
How do I know that my order has been shipped ?
Once the equipment is ready for shipment, the information is sent to the
customer. If customer has any suggestion or choice of freight forwarder/
shipping line / transporter, equipment, the order will be strictly
dispatched according to customer's instructions. After dispatch of the
equipment, a copy of Bill of Lading (B/L) or Transporters Copy (GR) or
Airways bill copy is immediately sent to the customer by e- mail / Fax as
proof of shipment.
