The consignment may be delivered to the clients desired destination through

What is the actual delivery time for my order ?
The actual delivery time for Hydraulic Cylinders / Jacks is approximately
20 to 30 days after the order is processed. Delivery of Hydraulic Presses /
Rubber machinery / plastic machinery takes almost 3 to 4 months.
Can I get shipment details for my order ?
Immediately after the dispatch of the orders, our export/ dispatch
department will send the complete shipment details i.e. B/L, G.R. etc. to
the customers by mail / fax.
What are the shipping charges and how do you
calculate them ?
Our export / dispatch department collects the freight rates from 3 to 4
reputed forwarders. We negotiate the best rates on the behalf of our
customers. The customer is informed about the shipping charges for the
particular consignment (in case freight is to be paid by the customer).
Shipping deal is assigned to the selected forwarder only after the approval
of the client.
How do my orders get shipped from Santec Exim Pvt.
Ltd.?
Once the equipment is fully tested and approved by the Q.C. department of
Santec & third party inspection agency appointed by the client, it is
packed in seaworthy wooden crates (for export) or properly packed by plastic
films / polythene. The consignment is safely loaded on the trucks in
presence of responsible person from Santec.
