Scrap Balers / Scrap Baling Presses

Triple compression balers are used for reducing three dimensions of the scrap material by using hydraulic force from three different angles. The two horizontal cylinders are arranged at right angles to each other. Vertical reduction generally takes place by hydraulic pressure on the lid cylinder.

Scrap balers are used for reducing the scrap materials in two dimensions by using hydraulic force from two different angles. The bale density is slightly less than triple compression baler. The balers has one cylinder fixed in horizontal position.

Horizontal type single compression scrap machines are used for reducing only single dimension of the metallic scrap. It uses the compression force generated by the hydraulic cylinder.

Vertical baling presses are specially designed to help you take control of your daily recycling of waste paper, card, carton boxes and plastics. These hydraulic bales are bound with hard steel wire to handle soft and rebounding nature of the paper stock.

Briquetters are used in the process of recycling for steel turnings, cost Iron borings, copper or brass powder, etc. Turning specifically are too bulky to fill a melting furnace efficiently. Normal baling is no solution because of their great elasticity – The bale would fall apart, as with paper stock or textiles.
