1. Transfer molding press:
This machine is accepted by top industries in India & other industries in abroad.

The clamping / closing of moulds is done by hydraulic cylinder mounted in reverse direction on the fixed platen of the machine hence giving downward & upward movement to the 4-pillars in place of platens. After clamping of moulds by main clamping cylinder, the main injection cylinder mounted at the top of the pillars, Transfers the preheated rubber inside of the moulds with the help of runner & gates provided in the specially designed moulds. Side core pullars are also provided in the presses. The transfer molding presses gives following advantages :

	Low cost in comparison of injection molding machines.
	Product quality is equivalent to injection moulded parts.
	Fast production & Better product quality in comparison of compn. Molding presses.
	Low maintenance cost.
	Clamping force & injection or transfer force created by the clamping & Transfer cylinders are acting in one direction (downward) so product produced is having less wastage, rejections which is not possible in other conventional transfer molding presses, where clamping & transfer forces are acting in opposite directions.

Clamping capacity : 10 tons to 500 tons

Transfer cylinder capacity : 4 tons to 200 tons

Platen sizes : 8 sq. inch to 48 sq. inch

Heating : electrical

Operation: Both PLC with display controlled & relay / contactor based.


2. Santec' Rubber Injection Molding Machines :
