SANTEC Manufactures different kind of hydraulic based
fully Automatic Swaging Machines, Rotary Swaging Machine for tubes OR Pipes
depending on the size & design of swaged tubes. The machines are very
robust in design & capacity from 25mm to 150mm O.D. of tubes.
RELIABLE HYDRAULICS :
The Low Hydraulic system is designed as per international practices &
assembled with internationally reputed make from Rex
roth/Vickers/Polyhydron/Dowty etc. valves are mounted on a specially
designed compact manifold block minimising piping & chances of leakage.
Double sealing arrangement prevents scratching of bore in case of seal
failure & back up seal offers additional sealing enabling to use machine
for some time at a little pressure drop while awaiting seal replacements,
thus avoiding downtime.

CYLINDER :
The cylinder assembly is complete with gun metal bushes, imported PU- Seals
set including piston seals, wiper seals, 'O'- rings, & Rod seals to give
leakproof operation, Ram is hardchrome plated to give longer seal life &
Corrosion resistance. Seamless honed barrel (steel) will be used to give
longer seal life.
STRUCTURE :
The frame of the machines is fabricated out of ultrasonically tested
quality plates & fully stress-relieved after welding for longer life of
the machines. For vertical machine, all the guide & support pillars are
duly ground & hard chrome plated for any dent, scratch & corrosion
resistance & more strength.

The machines are available principally in two designs i.e. Push type
(No rotary movement of the die & the job is pushed into the die with the
help of hydraulic cylinder mounted at the end of punch slide) & Rotary
cum push type (in which the carbide die is clamped into a die head which is
continuously given a rotary movement with the help of a D.C. Motor and the
punch slide forced the component into the die with the help of hydraulic
cylinder provided at the other end of the machine. The machine has no
heating this is purely a cold process. Hence, less power consumption and
highly suitable for industries engaged in mass production of swaged
parts/components.
ELECTRICALS:
The electrical panel is mounted on right side of frame. The electricals
consists of motor starter with overload & single phasing preventor &
other components like contactors, relays etc. of reputed make. The panel is
wired as per the general industrial electrical standards.
